I moved into a home that had a water softening unit being serviced by Culligan. I was able to transfer service easily. Every time I have had to reach out to customer service, they have been great. They send me a monthly schedule for tank delivery which is amazing because my tank is in my garage on street level in Guerneville and I have to unlock it and the driver knows the the padlock isn't locked but looks like it is and then relocks it. That is not only great service but an attention to detail regarding the safety of my property that I totally appreciate. Oh and my water is soft and amazing. My hair and skin loves it and no hard water build up on my glass shower.

Installation was done very efficiently and professionally. Sales representative did a fantastic job explaining every detail of the system. We can tell the difference right away with our whole house system. The reverse osmosis system under the sink is compact and the filters are very easy to change out when needed.

We have Culligan in our house for 23 years, and our Son has one in his home for about 2 years. We all love the taste of our water. We have never had any issues and each filter change the staff is prompt, and friendly.
The water is fresh the drivers are professional they bring the water in without asking they are on time it’s just a great choice I made to get my water price is high but so is everything else
I enjoy the delivery to my door, I didn't like having to haul heavy bottles to and from the box store to my car then house. Culligan service is quick , with friendly drivers.
I also can say if there are any issues with the water or service it is actioned immediately , and I am not left waiting for a reply. Culligan and their staff operate in a professional manner.
I highly recommend this service, it may cost a little more than the box stores, but the convince of home delivery more than covers the difference in cost, which is minimal .

I am happy to have clean water and I like that. I do not have to maintenance it and that you come out every year. I would recommend that. I wish you would give people a call a month prior to when it’s supposed to be serviced because I did have one technician out here that was kind of grumpy because it had been two years since I called to have it serviced And so he did a lot more work than he thought he was originally going to have to do, but if I would’ve had a heads up, I would just be like oh OK it’s that time of year cause I’m not really good at remembering all that stuff. My last technician was really good. I did recommend you to my parents who bought a new house a couple months ago and they were just gonna get your water filtration system, but they did get talked into the salt, soft water salt thing and they seem to be happy with that too so anyway anyways I like it and I have recommended it.

Since the products are freshly installed the most I can say is they appear to be of good quality and design. One thing I feel should be addressed is power outlets. The flow control valve only has one gang (two outlets). For this package there was a requirement for three. This is not addressed before installation so it then becomes and issue the homeowner is faced with at the time of install.
As for the service that was received from Master Technician/Trainer Radames, He not only sets the example he EXCEEDS it! His knowledge, attention to detail and personableness is second to none. This type of employee is becoming very rare in this day and age and Consolidate Water Group should find a way to clone him or make sure EVERY employee follows his lead.

Donnie, Radames’ trainee, seems to have what it takes to be a great asset to the company. He is not afraid to work, pays attention to what he is doing, has a great attitude. I have no doubt that with more time following Radames and his superior leadership, he will definitely be a great asset. I will have to admit Donnie got a little rattled when one of my pet rain frogs unexpectedly jumped on his hand while turning the water back on to the house. 😊
