I receive monthly residential delivery and have been a customer for about 8 years. The products are superb. All my drivers have been outstanding and have really gone above and beyond in the delivery service. Any time ive had to call the office with a concern, which is rare, the staff is top notch and have always addressed any issues satisfactorily. Thoroughly pleased with thae company all together.

Culligan’s service is wonderful. I love that I don’t have to worry about going out to buy big heavy bags of salt and hauling them to the basement. If anything goes wrong with our water softener they come out quickly to fix and maintain our system..

I like the fact that they bring the salt all the way down to my basement and put it in the container. I’m unable to carry those bags.
Its been over two years since having my softener installed. Unit has been fine and working as intended. Its serviced annually with minor repair issues, mainly the eductor nozzle plugging up from the newly dug well water.
