I like the reminder regarding my drop off day. I call office to make my payment and the young ladies are always friendly and patient also whenever I have a question about my services they always have an answer and are professional and friendly at the same time. I never had bottled water service before and moving from New Mexico to Washington and setting up this service has been smooth and no problems. I have to say our delivery service person also is friendly and answers any questions we may have had in the beginning of the service and if questions now.

Justin is a freindly and competent technician who takes the time to examine the components
of a system to ensure ifs performance.
While on site to service our reverse osmosis system he determined that the softner was not delivering soft water. He diagnosed the problem, proposed a solution, quoted a cost and removed the parts to be repaired with an estimated time that they wiould be reinstalled.
This is the level of service we would like to experience maintaining the devices we rely
on every day.
