I like the quality of the water supplying the whole house, as well as the drinking water processed by RO. I also like that the system measures the quantity of water used, rather than a timer, to determine when to regenerate, thus being as economical as possible.

This recent visit was to make sure our system wasn’t affected by a lightning strike that damaged other appliances at our home. Matthew Terry was friendly and thorough, and he made sure we were good to go. He also made sure we understood the maintenance that was performed. We are thankful for Culligan. Mike Butler was our service representative today. He is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. Mike did a terrific job servicing our water treatment system and informing of what he was doing and why. I also purchased the platinum care plan from Mike. The two yearly scheduled services will keep our water system healthy and working well.
