Not only is the studio right around the corner from my house, the instructors are enthusiastic, I
energetic and hands-on leaders. The studio itself is beautiful and well equipped, clean and comfortable. There is plenty of parking. I’m really into the hot power fusion class — you work up a good sweat, Stretch every muscle and challenge yourself during flows.

I have really enjoyed the few classes I’ve taken there. Your instructors are top-notch. A lady there spent a good deal of time helping me purchase the right yoga mat (which I love) months ago even though I’m not a member.
