My instructor Mia Shocket made my first CorePower experience incredibly positive. Her energy and optimism motivated me to challenge myself and get the most out of the class. It was difficult but very rewarding in the end!! I will be attending again soon and recommending her class to all my friends!

Plenty of parking. Enjoyed the class. Wasn't too packed both of the instructors that were at the desk were very pleasant. Very great way to enjoy a chill Sunday.

I would love to have a 7:15 class. 7:30 is too late for anyone trying to get to a 9:00 am or 8:00 am job. I’ve discussed this with multiple other students in class
YS instructors on Mon and Tues evening are fabulous! Please add HPF at least 2 times per week 6pm or later. 7:30am classes don’t work for people who need to be at work before 9am. Please consider accommodating these customers. Thanks for all you do. 🙏🏻🫶🏻
I love going to Corepower sculpt a teacher Stephanie Wyatt is the best it makes it fun. Just wish they had more core power scope classes in the morning at my location I go to.

I like the instructor, though it was my first time in studio she never made me feel as if I was new. She made me so comfortable along with two other beautiful ladies. The session was excellent and had very good experience. Thank you
Love Core Power. My favorite class is Yoga Sculpt on Monday nights with Sarah Beth. She pushes me but keeps it fun!
