My first week has been great! I really have enjoyed connecting with the staff. As someone who is a true novice in yoga, it has been great to see how my body and mind can grow. Tenley and Virginia were phenomenal instructors.

First time doing Yoga Sculpt! Gabby was absolutely amazing. Her class focused on every muscle, with cardio, core, arms, and legs. I felt sore the next day in a way I usually don't feel from a yoga flow class. I will definitely be back!

I just finished my free week and I absolutely loved it! I did the yoga sculpt classes the whole week and the instructors were great and very motivating. I just love a heated workout, plus the music was always perfect to get you through the hour.
