Carpet was cleaned well and Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure to get out the stains that I mentioned to him as well as pass along information about the carpet.
The serviceman was very polite and courteous. He explained what he was doing and what I needed to do (as in time to dry, etc.). They were on time and finished on time. I will definately call them again. My neighbor also had her carpet cleaned and was also very pleased.
representatives were thorough, careful about how they moved furniture, courteous and arrived when they said they would (they even called to see if they could come an hour earlier than scheduled!) The end result was great .... everything was clean and fresh looking. Thank you for such great service!

They did a great job cleaning my couches They look new!! I was very impressed with the time because I thought they would be in and out,but they stayed over a hour and was working hard the whole time. Our cleaning was easy to schedule and get in quickly. The carpet cleaning did not take too long to perform (despite our poorly conditioned carpet). And the Servicemaster representative was very helpful and informative.
Service Master does a fantastic job of cleaning my worn & ugly-looking carpets. Your service man was very upfront about areas that looked like they would be difficult to clean, and worked on those areas to my satisfaction. He was prompt, hard-working, and friendly. I would definitely recommend Service Master to a friend.
