Something that needs improvement: Billing and statements. I could use more explanation on bills, and clearer indication what my balance is. I am on a monthly payment plan and like to know where I stand on charges versus payments.

I was getting a sangwich at MSC. I noticed the Superior truck outside, I asked the man...who turned out to be Dino. Very nice man, professional. I asked him if he could fill my tank I was low and had not had a chance to call for a refill. He took care of it, called the office and filled my tank on his way out of Westerly. Thank you Dino!
