William came EARLY on the day our furnace was cleaned!!!! (He wasn't from this part of the state & wasn't sure how long it would take to get here).
He was Clean, the work van was Clean & had every thing He needed for the job. William Cheerfully answered all of our questions & even showed me what to look for next time we don't have hot water.
