The service is extremely responsive. The last 2 winters the Howard office made a special effort to get the delivery to me promptly. This one was 2 days before it was scheduled! A+ service.

Something that means a lot to me is that Superior follows the planned work schedule. The service and delivery employees are very polite to your customers; this is no longer an exception, but now a routine and expected business practice. What IS exceptional is the level or training and knowledge that is applied as they go about their job tasks.This knowledge and training is especially important to me regarding the safe handling and storage of propane in the field ie in the tanks behind my cabin. I also commend Superior for their forward thinking regarding the enhancement of their market share in our area by offering a discount to members of the Cross Fork Hose Company. The high level of dependable service also extends into your offices. Your office personnel represent themselves and Superior at the highest levels by offering answers and accepting ownership of customer questions. They guide your customers through the Superior internal processes with experience and caring to their correct conclusions. Superior sets the standard for public appearances by always operating nice trucks and other equipment, and your employees are wearing well recognizable Superior uniforms and jackets.
