Helpful customer service and technicians. Tanya is very helpful. I've never had oil and propane fuels before and she's helped me by explaining how they try to plan for my future usage, auto pay, etc. Appreciated the extra in home visit to check my propane line. Thank you all so much!

First attempted to arrange delivery by using the web site. Delivery never happened by date given. I would not recommend using the web site for scheduling or messages

Very impressed with the customer service reps from the Snow Shoe PA area. Delivery was right on schedule and the driver even closed my gate that I left open.
