The service man was efficient

I expected the duct work to be vacuumed out, not forced through with a blower. It forced more dirt and lint into other ducts that was then blown out into various rooms when the air conditioner came on causing more clean up for me.

Prompt, friendly, answered my questions about the procedures, and did a good job!

I sent a letter to the company quite a while ago.

We had a competitor do our house that we were selling and the detail was lacking. They were in the house a very short time and if it wasn't someone watching them, they would not have spent the time necessary to clean the carpets.

They did a very thorough

I had an emergency spill of oil based stain on carpet. Someone was here in less than an hour, and in my opinion, they achieved the impossible. The stain is gone. I felt like I got a service provider who was very knowledgeable and who went out of his way to get here as quickly as possible and did everything he could to remedy the problem I had caused. As a first time customer, I was very impressed and very grateful.

Had a stain that tried to remove but didn't make any head way on. I have been working on it since you were here and have it almost completely out. Did a good job on the rest of the room. Just felt like maybe you would have product or way to get the stain out.

Serviceman was very friendly but the "spot treatment" seems to have made carpet look worse. Now we have noticeable streaks from the steamer and can't move couch back because the obvious lines it leaves

Your technician lets you look at the finished product and if you wanted a few more spots done, he's willing to do again.

My carpet looks great, had cat vomit stains and the guy got it all out of the carpets.

Carpet was cleaned well they worked with on cleaning a few areas downstairs where I was not having the whole basement done. They were quick and did not leave s mess. Very satisfied

Your service man was late, his equipment wasn't working properly, so they had to send somebody from Wichita to repair it. Once that was done, it was a lousy cleaning job. He ended up taking up my entire day. No apologies were made and no compensation if any kind. I will not be using your services again, nor will I recommend your services to any of my friends. Very poor business practices.

The area at the bottom of the stairs looked dirty and I wet it a little and wiped it with a clean cloth. The cloth picked up soil.

The two men that cleaned our ducts went beyond the call of duty but climbing in our attic to find that the dryer vented there. They cleaned all the lint out of the attic for me. This could have been a fire hazard had they not been thorough!
