I think the name should be Math-amaze-ium! My daughter enjoys her time there and she is gaining so much confidence in math. Derek is great, as is his staff.
Mathnasium of Edmond works with each kid individually at their math level. I can see them both grow in confidence and understanding with math.

I have a 4th grader 10 year old who is brilliant and did not get challenged in public school. Being from European background I felt that my child needed to being doing more and he is now, thanks to mathnasium he is beginning of algebra. We are very happy with the progress he is making!!
I'm continually blown away at the progress my boys are making! Derick and the staff have gone above and beyond to pour into my kids and help them surpass their grade. They work one on with individualized plans to aid in detailed math understanding! Love them SO much!!!!

There aren’t enough good things I can say about Mathnasium in Edmond. Derick is above and beyond not only in teaching math, he truly cares for each of his students. His staff is carefully chosen to be the same way. Whether your child is struggling with math, or just needs to stay caught up, I can’t recommend Derick and his staff more highly in Edmond. Mathnasium is a great learning tool for our kids who struggle with today's math. The staff are very knowledgeable about the current math education. When the students come into Mathnasium they are greeted by name. Derrick knows each student and where he or she is in the learning process. They are then placed with an instructor who will work with them at their level. Derrick always make sure who is picking up their child. If he does not know them they have to be on the pick up list and show ID. Derrick considers not only do they learn but also in a safe environment. The staff are friendly and take great care of the students. Great place to learn in today's world. Thanks Derrick for all you do.... .

We are very happy with our experience at Mathnasium in Edmond. Derek and all his staff are wonderful. I would highly recommend using them for help or to get ahead.
My son wanted to attend a technical school 18 months after high school graduation. His math skills were very rusty after not having been in a classroom for so long and he was unable to pass the entrance exam, even with multiple attempts. After just a few very intensive and focused sessions at Mathnasium, his score went from a 9th grade level to an 11th grade level and he was granted acceptance to his chosen program. I can't say enough good about the management and staff at Mathnasium! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Derek really cares about and encourages the kids. He shows an interest in them and their extracurricular activities. Staff is kind too.

Kids loved it. And they were learning a lot the things they had missed in previous grade. Would love to go again.
My daughter, adopted at age 7 from China not speaking a word of English, was unable to keep up in class. Since teachers, as a practical matter, could not give a single student the individual attention that she needed, they had pretty much just given up on her. We tried Kumon but it required homework on top of schoolwork that was always a battle.
After a summer at Mathnasium she is now doing math at grade level and getting A's. They help her with her homework and that takes a lot of stress out of our home life. She may or may not love math, but she does not hate it anymore.
The owner and the staff are consistently friendly and genuinely care about the success of their students.
Now if someone would just open a "Readingnasium, we would have it made!
