I had my carpet cleaned two days before I called service masters. I was very upset it looked like it was not touched. Wet for 26 hours. When service master came out the gentleman sprayed all the spots hand scrubbed them before they used machine. They went over the spots scrubbed With machine. Two gentlemen worked there butts off. My carpet was dry approximately 5 hours and very clean!!!!!!! Thank you so much First name removed B.

The team that came to my house were curteous, efficient and careful about not getting the upstairs of my house dirty. They did an excellent job cleaning my cement floor in my basement after my house was completed. The floor had already been mopped several times without getting clean. Your team came in with three men and three machines and got the floor clean.
