Friendly and worked well. When they created more water on the carpet when cleaning the furniture, they cleaned up that area. Would recommend their services. They are very reasonably priced

The man who showed up was on time and in a clean uniform and looked and talked very professional and and explained the process and that the stains might not all come out but he would try is hardest and they also might appear to go away but may come back with time. Cleaned areas that were high-traffic that I had been working on for months. Carpets dried quickly. Professional attitude. We have two large dogs and the carpet cleaning eliminated the canine odor in areas where they like to hang out.
