On time, polite, fair price, good job.
Possibly use a stronger cleaning agent on older, spotted carpeting. I still have many
spots that I thought a professional cleaning company would be able to get out, but my
carpet is older and evidently he wasn't equipped with a strong enough cleaning agent to
get all the spots out. I was disappointed, but would still recommend ServiceMaster By
Cornerstone for friends who have newer carpeting that needs a normal cleaning.

The ServiceMaster technician was very professional and honest about his ability to get the stain out of the carpet the the master bedroom; my main reason for the cleaning. He cleaned three rooms and some stairs to the 2nd floor and it looked great when he was finished. Very happy with the results and the price. Good job ServiceMaster by Cornerstone.
I love the fact that they were willing to lend a helping hand to a family in need. This family home needed to be environmentally safe for thier children or they would loose them. I called Service Master by Corner desperate for help and they steped in and now that family still have thier children with a cleaner home.
The two technicians were very nice, but I was very dissatisfied with your cleaning solutions. It didn't remove the dirty spots, and in fact made them larger than what they originally were. Plus I had orange sports to appear on my carpet that were not there before. Even after your tech came back for the second cleaning the dirt spots still remained and some of the orange spots did too. Plus it took over 36 hours for my carpet to dry. Needless to say the way it looked was unacceptable and I am having to replace my living room and hall carpet. A simple cleaning has turned into a very costly affair for me.

An exceptional technician came to my home. He did a great job in cleaning a rather minor job however his customer service was what really impressed me. He was very caring, professional and caring. Great job! Not sure of his name but I think it was Issac. Thanks to you both.
The competence and friendliness of your staff
Service technican was thorough, courteous and made sure we understood services. He also explained how different cleaning products react with the carpet and steam cleaning. He identified areas that could not be cleaned, such as dried nail polish. He was thoughtful and careful with furnishings.
Very prompt. In fact a hour and half early!! They called first to see if it was ok to come early. They were very careful with their equipment.

I had to move my large furniture that I could not remove from the room; even though, I had it on sliders that made it easy for the item to be moved around the room. I maybe misunderstood that this was required when I scheduled the appointment. As a female, I may have opted to go with a company that could provide this service.
After researching with our office person scheduling the job, she indicated there was nothing out of the ordinary as far as us reading the standard furnuiture moving policy which states that we do not move large items such as entertainment centers, large dressers and beds. Research with the crew performing the job confirmed that the items in question were indeed a bedroom tv cabinet with tv built in and a large bed. The crew advised that the homeowner and another family member actually dismantled the bed and removed it from the room before they cleaned. I have left a voice message with the homeowner to explain our policy and hopefully clear up any misunderstanding. An e-mail requesting an opportunity to explain was also sent.
Your people always do a great job. My mother always uses ServiceMaster and she has told me several times that they always do a wonderful job. I decided to try ServiceMaster for myself and see. We are really pleased with the time and effort that was put into cleaning our carpets. We will be using ServiceMaster again.

The technician was pleasant, on time and willing to answer any questions I had. The cleaning equipment pulled the dirt right out of the carpet with great suction and the machine was very quiet . Other companies.s equipment was very noisy and scared my dog.
