We have now been attending Mathnasium for 2 years. My child has gone from a place of frustration to great confidence with math. She absolutely loves the Collegeville center and the instructors. The center Director keeps us actively informed and engaged about her progress and sessions. We are so fortunate to have Steve Gist as the center Director, the program engagement and communication increased significantly when he joined the team. Our daughter was falling behind in math and frustrated to achieving above level test results. Mathnasium is an investment in my daughter’s future and some would leave the program once they are back to a comfort level with their skills. My daughter wants to stay to continue to grow and learn. We chose Mathnasium over an hourly tutor due to the curriculum and ability to evaluate and address missing foundational issues. Hourly tutors often are just homework help with no curriculum or evaluation process to address foundational issues. We are thankful and highly recommend the program.
