Great program for the summer to keep the math skills sharp.
My daughter has really enjoyed going to Mathnasium. She likes the tutors and feels productive completing her lessons. We also feel like she’s learning at her own pace as she works independently. The environment is positive and low-key. The tutors check in and work with her as needed. We have seen gains in her math skills from only being there for about a month!
Mathnasium makes math fun! The kids are motivated by the reward system.
Our 5th grader has gone from HATING math to having enough self confidence to at least try to solve any problem. In just one month, three times each week, he is getting B's in math. He was almost 3 years behind when he started.
He enjoys the tutors and especially having some cool men teaching. I don't know how they do it, having 3-4 students at a time but it is really working for us. I wish I could be a little spy to watch but I know the kids earn stars (or hearts) and then can trade in for treats.

Still very early days in regards to seeing accelerating development. However, I do observe my daughter's passion and interest for math increases daily. She is always so excited to visit the Mathnasium. You give her an opportunity to expand her independence in a structured and rewarding way.

With remote learning due to COVID, my son was losing a lot of ground in higher math and I was worried that he wouldn’t be prepared for college. Also, it was just sad to see a kid who had so much enthusiasm for math lose confidence and interest. The tutoring sessions have been very helpful. The tutors are friendly and he enjoyed working with them. He also told me that they way they teach it “makes sense”. They go through topics thoroughly before moving to the next thing . I couldn’t be happier with the program and he progress he’s making.
the kids really seem to like the instructors. I can see both of my children already growing their math skills in only our second month. It is cumbersome that the scheduling system is separate from the general site. It is also difficult to see upcoming appointments as we have accidently double booked our kids without knowing since we did not see the appointments on their calendars. We have figured it out now but we had to call for help and honestly it should be easier to see previously scheduled appointments than it currently is. The website is easy to use for the children and the instant feedback from different instructors keeps the message fresh and slightly different.

Math has always been a struggle for my daughter and she know says its fun! She looks forward to the sessions and her confidence with math has grown.
I love this program. The tutors do a great job keeping math fun! My kids are making nice progress. My kids actually look forward to going. The reward system they use and prizes they have certainly help.

I have loved learning how to do better in Geometry. And I have loved how Mathnasium has seen where I struggled and they are helping me relearn how to do the basic fundamentals of math. Everyone has really helped me here especially Ron, Mark, and Jozef.
