Covid 19 came out of nowhere. We, as society, were not prepared for what was coming. I must say that the staff at Burbank Mathnasium handle the changes very well. They had the online program running in a matter of days. For some reason, my online access presented it's own challenges from the very beginning. Ms. Lily has been very understanding and supportive. I couldn't thank her and the rest of the instructors enough for what they do for us week and week out. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who is looking for assistance with math.

I have seen my child's confident increase as he's able to quickly answer Math questions during his class sessions. He's been recognized for his Math skill at school and has received several awards. We are proud of him and know that his experience with Mathnasium has contributed to his success.
I would have rated the experience a 10 but given that my child is not enjoying the online tutoring experience, I am giving it a 9. At times, when he's left by himself, he does not enjoy it and this may be because he requires more of a 1:1/face to face setting due to his age.

Our experience with Mathnasium Burbank has been absolutely wonderful. As our tweener has been struggling with math for a while even forgetting some of the basics that she had known so well. She had lost interest in a subject that we knew she really loved early on and was held in high praise for having been the Child that raises her hand for every answer. To the point where the teacher asked her not to raise her hand anymore because he knew she knew the answers, so to give the other children a chance to catch up. We were heartbroken when we realize she had lost interest in math because of theDiscouragement and the pandemic amongst other school pressures. Lily really recognizes the issues and attacks from different angles to remove the obstacle of learning setbacks. We appreciate the patience and the honesty and communication of when it is frustrating for the teacher as well as our child. Although it is refreshing to see that Burbank magnesium doesn’t give up but real lines and find another solution to provide a different method to get the teaching across to the child and make sure is the child learns
All is going good. Ronan wishes he was more challenged though.

My daughter has always struggled with math. The Staff has been very helpful and extremely supportive with her fears. The Program Director is on top of things. She gives her undivided attention to the program and goes out of her way to make sure any issues ( reschedule a class, network connection problems) are resolved in a satisfactory way, so the student doesn't miss a lecture. We are very pleased with the overall experience.

Mathnasium has been our go to math tutoring for 8 years and 2 children. Cant be any more pleased with the results. We wish we would have discovered it earlier and kept our eldest from bad grades and summer school
