I refer people every chance I get. They have made a world of difference in 2 of my grandchildren. They love to go and are always happy when i pick them up. You can go for 1 hour each day that they are open (6 days a week). It's not by the hour. If it were by the hour then you would find that this is a GREAT deal. We have given up other things in order to be able to attend but it is only temporary and well worth it.
In the short time my daughter has been attending, she has gained confidence in her skills and has asked to attend. That is HUGE!! She knows you can help her understand math better.

I think everyone struggles with math at some point in
their life. It can easily "go greek" very quickly. But what if your foundation of math could be rewritten? Wouldn't it be nice to have more "tools" to unlock problems that otherwise would have left you stymied. I am delighted to give that to my child who will not have to work 3 times as hard to get the answer as I have done. For him to be able to "breath" math as easily as breathing air. I cant wait to see where it will take him!

We loved mathnasium and it helped get our daughter some traction she needed to catch up. We did have to stop because her schedule wouldn’t allow us to go enough to make it work for us financially.
Although we’ve been attending Mathnasium for only one month, my daughter is so happy to be there. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. My daughter looks forward to going every single day and is upset when I tell her we can’t go! I sit in the front each hour, so I overhear pieces of the instructors and how they communicate with the students. I can honestly say they exercise a lot of patience and understanding for children at each and every level. We plan to participate as long as we can.
The pressure of trying to teach my son is gone! The pressure of trying to find a tutor and fit into their schedule is gone!

Seeing math confidence increasing. My student earned her first B ever for this the last term. Instructors are intuitive to her needs, patient and kind.
In the second grade, my daughter really enjoys going and is really excited to be able to earn rewards. I think it's both the confidence boost and picking out something. Having nice staff is such a bonus that can easily explain things to her.
The drop in accessibility and weekend hours are such a plus and allow us to come even when the schedule changes and an opportunity opens up!
My daughter has gone from the 8th percentile to the 61st percentile in her grade level just in the first half of the year. I am utterly grateful. She feels great, super confident and her new problem solving skills have reached over into reading as well. Love Mathnasium.

4 months in, our girls still happily run to the door of Mathnasium feeling good about their time there, their improved skills, the positive interactions they have with the teachers and are always excited to see how many stamps they can earn in their allotted time! We appreciate the regular feedback we receive on their continued improvement. Our third grader used to describe herself as weak in math, she no longer sees math as a weakness of hers.
Valerie is becoming more confident with her math skills. We notice a difference when she does her homework at home. She was just recently diagnosed with ADD and anxiety, which would account for the careless errors she makes. Thanks for continuing to work with Valerie. It has been money well spent.

Mathnasium has increased Anna's confidence in math. That confidence has carried over to all the other subjects, and school in general!
Math was one of our son’s favorite subjects and he got straight A’s until half way through his Sophomore year.
At a loss - he was tested at Mathnasium and found to be lacking in some basic math components - why - because he had bits and pieces of Algebra I and Geometry in one school - some in another - and as he continued on - no one knew they were missing.
Mathnasium ensured he had all the instruction needed to bridge this gap and succeed and he has!

Continue to see improvement in her confidence and commitment. She recently volunteered to stay later to finish a unit. She seems much more relaxed now too.

Mathnasium offered a great opportunity for one child in our family to work as far ahead of his grade level as he chose. Math was always his favorite subject but they made it a favorite activity away from school. Another child in the family thought she wasn't very good at math but with the instruction from mathnasium she has become an A student in her math class at school. It is wonderful to see the confidence this has provided. We think mathnasium is a wonderful program and are so pleased we found it.
