My child has been going for years. Loves learning new math, doing homework with their help or having their homework checked. The teachers are great!
My daughter loves going! She asked to go back after a few years off because of the pase of AP math in sixth grade is fast and she was frustrated she could not learn the material before having to move on.
She also said that school ‘tutoring’ does not help. It is meant for making up tests and missed work in a big room of kids.

Our son came to mathnasium with a D in pre AP Algebra 1. Over the course of two weeks my son was up to speed and pulling A’s on homework and exams. His average is now a B+ and on the way to an A. The instructors took their time, worked through his issues, and explained everything to him in language that he understood.
I like the location for my son to stop by at most any time that is convienient for him!
My daughter has done Mathnasium before as well as Kumon years ago. She much prefers Mathnasium and asked to come back here as a 6th grader because the pace is so quick in middle school and they have to go on before the kids master most things and this frustrates her terribly. Thank you Mathnasium for making up the gaps!!

Mathnasium helped my 8th grade daughter to focus on the areas where she needed help. Within a few short weeks, her math grade improved from a D to a high B, and she did extremely well on the math STAAR after her STAAR preparation with them.
Everyone is so friendly and makes it very enjoyable for my daughter to go. She's learning so much and understanding math concepts better.

In the short time that my daughter has been at Mathnasium of Kingwood, her overall math grade has improved, and so has her confidence in her math abilities. Her STAAR practice test improved dramatically after a short time on the unlimited plan, and the staff worked with her diligently on her individualized preparation plan. She also gets help with her homework. The staff members have been professional,knowledgeable, & friendly. I would highly recommend enrollment here.

My daughter absolutely loves going to Mathnasium! She is finally understanding math. The teacher to student ratio is perfect, so she's not afraid to ask questions and things are explained in more detail. She has already improved on her grades in school in the short time she has been there. She's more confident and happy.

Keeping folders with their students work and expectations of future mathematical subjects for the parents to see where their child is at and where the child is expected to accomplish in the near future reassures the parents of how well their child is being tutored and monitored.
