We originally had our son enrolled at Mathenasium and were amazed with his progressed we enrolled our daughter when she got into first grade. Both kids enjoys the attentiveness of the tutors and motivation the owner provides they are excited to study.

I would characterize this place as one of the best afterschool programs in the state of Maryland. Our kids have been going to this place for a few months now, and they have already excelled in math Beyound their current grade level,per their recent assessment at their school. Therefore we highly recommend this place for anyone Who would like for their kids to excel in math.
Good teachers and flexibility
Our daughter who prefers to read 200x more than practice math has only been attending for a month but we already see a change in her study habits. The program is set up in a manner that has tapped into the ability to build a desire for learning math and that is creating a positive change in her already. Can't wait to see her confidence continue to soar in the coming months.

This is a good practice session for kids, but I don't think so this works for my daughter since there is a discrepancy in what is taught in the school and what daughter works on in the Mathnasium class. This is partly my daughter's fault in not being proactive and let her teacher know on what is going on in the class.
My daughter has steadily improved on her math skills. The tutors and Mr. Ed are very friendly and make learning fun

No restriction to book time, walk in anytime, working 6 days a week, these are very good options for parents.
Mr. Ed and Tina will work to specialize your child's tutoring. When I complain about a tutor, Mr. Ed is right on it. Significantly, my childrens' growth at Mathnasium has helped greatly in school. My oldest is getting A's in Math in Howard County. I also like that I can come anytime I want to as opposed to scheduled times. This helps me deal with my kids' every changing activity schedules.

My two children have benefited a lot from going to Mathnasium of Columbia. One of them just got selected for GT Math! We are sometimes not able to assist them with their math homework due to the complexity of common core math but Mathnasium helps out with that and we no longer have to worry about it.
