My son had just 5 weeks of preparation at Mathnasium for the HSPT, and he ended with a 96 National Percentile. Because of that, he entered in the Honors Programs in the 3 well known high school where he applied. He got merit-schlarships in all 3. Schools indicated he will get the Honors status in all his transcripts, which will help at the time of college.

We love mathnasium. My older one has been going to mathnasium after 1st grade & now she is in 4th... she loves mathnasium... I just started my 2nd one & she is in 1st grade... she also loves mathnasium... thanks to the instructors!

I was really impressed with Mathnasium. My daughter was falling behind in math but now is 100% more confident and excelling in Math. She loved coming to the program and working with the teachers. I hope to get my younger daughter in the program soon she is eager to learn more in math. Although she is not falling behind she would love to advance her skills and knowledge to be an expert among her peers.
The tutor and lessons are very helpful! However. I wish that they would be open a little later than 7:30 pm. 8:30 pm or even 9 pm would be great. The core hours are in the middle of dinner time and sports practice times. An additional hour or two on Saturday would be great as well in addition to being open on Sunday. I understand this means more cost to the business, but perhaps there’s a way to make this a win-win. Be open more days and longer hours and in turn sell different levels of tutoring packages based on the hours available to the customer to use them. Basic package gets certain time window and a premium package gets more hours available. That would help cover the cost and make it more appealing to the parents. Or, make the lessons or some of them available online with paid service.
The current limited hours is the biggest sticking point for me. I have often thought of canceling the service because of the limited hours and how often my child misses sessions due to the limited hours simply because other things come up, etc. Missed too many sessions and my net cost per session per month is high.
My son is already making progress and gaining confidence.

Great experience this far for my high school freshman who has always struggled with math. I wish we would have found out about Mathnasium sooner!
Great program and the teachers are awesome. I like the regular progress reports that are sent out to see how the student achieves goals and success. New management seems good. Patrick is awesome!

We love mathnasium... My first one 3rd grader going to 4th, loves doing math & enjoys coming to mathnasium... & second one Kindergartener going to 1st grade, just started from this summer & loves doing math too...
The kids have been having a great time coming, and hopefully they have been learning a lot. They really liked the STEM program on Fridays too!
Ethan and the tutors work well with my son who lives on the autism spectrum and learns differently. They encourage him patiently and professionally.
