Our daughter had trouble with math for 2 years before bringing her to Mathnasium. We tried everything as her parents to help her (YouTube videos, workbooks, additional math videos for further explanation) and nothing worked. Within a few weeks of going at least 3-4 times a week for tutoring we noticed a significant difference in our daughter’s comprehension skills. Areas she had tremendous trouble In previously were a breeze, and her confidence soared. I wish we would’ve done this as soon as she started showing signs of struggle with math. We are so grateful for Mathnasium!

Great place to learn Math.
Mathnasium has been a great help for our granddaughter Ava. When she first went there she was a grade behind in math, her self esteem suffered because she was not able to keep up. Her mom was not able to help much and it got frustrating having Ava come home with the bad reports. Finally, my wife found Mathnasium online and read the reviews and we decided to give them s call to see how they could help. Right away Annette, from the Lexington, SC location explained what her staff would do to help Ava get caught up. She said they would go back and find her weak areas, see how she came up with answers and then show her how to understand it better. They would also help her with the current stuff that her class was doing so she would not continue to stay behind. What was really good also was we were able to continue over the summer with Mathnasium here in California because Ava comes here for the summer, so she didn't miss a beat. I am happy to report Ava is now working on her grade level and she is very happy. She loves going to Mathnasium and looks forward to it throughout the week. I feel the money is well spent and I wish the same company had a reading program made up the same way as the math. I don't know what they do there that is so different from others, but it works. Thanks Ms. Annette and Mathnasium for helping our Ava get math back on track.
My middle school son despised math and after ONE visit to mathnasium, he couldn’t wait to get in the car and show me on paper how to convert fractions! It is giving him confidence like I’ve never seen and provides him with such a fun and safe community of learners and teachers to grow and learn. We are hooked.
I live in Northeast Columbia, and have made the 45-minute drive to Mathnasium of Lexington for almost five years now because there is no other tutoring center in town that I trust more. Annette and her outstanding team have navigated my son's progression from a struggling 7th grade student trying to qualify for Pre-Algebra, all the way through to SAT prep. My son is now taking Honors Calculus, a course I never thought he would reach, and I have Mathnasium of Lexington to thank. My son is still visits the center weekly for homework help in Calculus. If your child needs help in math at any level, turn to Mathnasium of Lexington,and I can assure you, that your child will grow and gain confidence in math.

We are very pleased with the team at Mathnasium. My granddaughter Ava has improved a great deal since attending. Her confidence has increased and her excitement about the work. It's never hard to get Ava to go there, and she gets excited about the ways they reward the students for achievements. We were even able to continue the sessions in the summer because there was a location nearby me in California. Ms. Annette is a wonderful person, very nice and ready to help. She has been this way since our first conversation. If your child is having troubles in math, I would suggest giving them a call.
