Carla, Steve, and the staff always do a great job with our son. They've still been conducting virtual training amid the pandemic and have been very accommodating and flexible. Our son loves his lessons and is always excited for the next.
Our teenage son just started the remote sessions several weeks ago. It has been fabulous from the start (initial assessment) through to now. Some kind of magic is happening — he is completely happy to participate (three times a week) and enjoys working with the different tutors. He is in high school and has a significant math learning disability and executive functioning challenges— math has typically been for him a never-ending road of stress and humiliation. Not now! The Mathnasium staff meet him where he is at and take the time to figure out what strategies he is using and what might serve him better and steer him forward, incrementally, from there. There is absolutely no shaming, just gentle probing and encouragement. Carla has been fabulous and I feel Mathnasium is very vested in helping him find better pathways forward in math. Well worth the investment.
Maggie has enjoyed her remote Mathnasium sessions while stuck at home. I think they’re one of the highlights of her day! She enjoys the challenging work and caring, patient instructors. Hopefully she can start coming in person again soon!

Their devotion to their learning is abundantly evident always, but certainly now during the COVID19 pandemic. The owners and staff have worked tirelessly to implement Mathnasium@home, their distance learning platform. It’s as though our daughter never missed a beat with her math instruction. What a positive experience transitioning to the distance learning was. Warrenton Mathnasium has been the best support for both my children and me. After one year attending the center, my child who had learning gaps from medical absences has caught up and is now excelling. My gifted child has had the chance to explore his untapped potential. Their success has encouraged us to start homechooling this year. The result is we continue to see our children achieve and progress in math skills above thier grade level while loving math. My son always loved math. It was easy & then came 6th grade ... he didn’t love it anymore, he didn’t like it, he was frustrated! After just his assessment at Mathnasium he was again speaking positive about Math. Don’t wait, sign your child up ASAP! It’s a wonderful place with wonderful teachers who are calm, kind, & very good at teaching math!
My granddaughter was in the third grade and was struggling with her grades, especially in math. We enrolled her at Mathnasium the last three years. In those three years we have seen her confidence grow by leaps and bounds. Through the first three grading periods this year in the sixth grade she has received all A's and one B. She goes two or three times a week and she loves it. It has taught her that if she works at something she can accomplish it. You can also see that confidence rolling over into her sports and social life. Thank you Mathnasium!!

Our daughter has been attending Mathnasium of Warrenton for more than two years for math enrichment, since kindergarten. The instructors continue to keep the material fresh, intriguing and challenging. She looks forward to attending, most weeks attending four out of the five days instruction is offered. The staff strikes a fantastic balance of prompting her to work independently while still supporting her educational needs. We can’t recommend Mathnasium of Warrenton more highly.
