Mathnasium has been such a great experience. Our daughter used to have terrible math anxiety and would become a bundle of nerves every time she sat down to do math. She has been doing Mathnasium for almost 1 year now and her skills and knowledge gained have given her so much more confidence.

The center director/owner is teaching kids every time we go in. Currently, I have two kids attending the center, and every session they had they were challenged and taught by the experienced instructor. We are very happy with what they are offering at Mathnasium of Northwest Reno.

My son was never excited or positive about math until he started with Mathnasium. The tutors really get to know him and they socialize in addition to learning math. My son really needs that this year more than ever. When I pick him up from tutoring, he says things like "I didn't understand but they were patient" and "they showed me how each step". We really enjoy our time here.

The staff over the years may change a little, but the focus to help students master material has been a savior to our girls.
From lower El to Calc 3, no subject was to hard to help with. They make it exciting as an environment. They build confidence in students through teachings that creates trust.
You can get a school teacher to teach, but here it is more, it is a balance of understanding between two people.
