I truly believe math requires lots of practise to gain deeper understanding and then have the mental flexibility to solve harder questions. Going to Mathnasium isn’t about having our kids to get good grades in school but rather it’s an investment for our kids to build the foundation of number sense and confidence in life, regardless what they choose to take on as career. Education is the best gift parents can give to their kids.

Mathnasium has become a part of our family’s fabric over the last 5 years. So much so, that our son has actually started working there, helping children just as he was helped. This is not a “show up a few times and you’ll be fixed” program. Rather, it is a systematic program that, over time, will take your child from one level of math and deliver them to a whole other level (regardless of where they were when they started). If your child is struggling, they will help untangle the confusion. If your child is already a good math student, they will challenge him or her and help them advance beyond your expectations. These places are only as good as the local owners who run them. Mathnasium Lakeview and Clarkson are run by the finest team that the entire system has to offer. Without question.
This is the most amazing learning centre my three children have ever attended (ages 14. 12. 9.5). Even during a pandemic, they have pivoted their business and maintained a high level of performance.
My kids and I are so happy with this centre and they love every session whether it be online or in class.
The teachers at Mathnasium Lakeview are knowledgeable, friendly and effective and the switch to "at home learning" allowed for continuity with the learning plan. Since starting his lessons here, my son's knowledge and general attitude toward math has improved greatly along with his self confidence in approaching math problems. The results in my daughter's learning in math have really been great since she started Mathnasium.
This place took our daughter from an 82% in math in grade 6 to a 97% in math in grade 10. It is quite simple: put in the work consistently and diligently, and Erena, Maria, and Gjon will work miracles for your children.
The only word I have for Mathnasium Lakeview is AMAZING!!! Never have I sent so many friends to a place of learning. Best math learning centre for every level, age and grade.

This is the most phenomenal math centre that I have ever taken my kids to. We have been attending mathnasium for the past 3 years and could not be happier.
The mathnasium team has done an excellent job during the covid-19 closure, along with re-opening the centre safely for those children that have started classes in the centre again.
Never have I met such an amazing team that is so passionate about learning and making sure that the kids not only learn the various concepts, but have fun while they are doing it.
All 3 of my boys (ages 13, 11 and 9), love mathnasium and agree that it is the best program that they have tried for math.
We have tried other math programs in the GTA and non can compare.
I can't speak for other mathnasium locations, but in my experience the biggest difference with this centre is Mrs. S (the owner and operator), along with her amazing staff. They all make the program what it is.
I really can't say enough great things about this centre and program. Needless to say, I have referred countless friends to this centre and they have all been very happy.
