The reward system incorporated in the Mathnasium system keeps my girls motivated. I can tell that they are engaged, even in the virtual format. I would like to take this opportunity to write a letter in praise of Mathnasium in Smyrna. We enrolled my 8yo granddaughter in Mathnasium because her math skills were substandard and she was behind in her school work. She is a happy go lucky, talkative and energetic little girl. Because of this I thought she might have difficultly slowing down and concentrating on math. To my surprise the staff at Mathnasium were easily able to engage her and it only took a few short months for her to catch up and then excel. She loves going to Mathnasium. Participation in the program has boosted her confidence not only in math but other academic skills. I appreciate that Sailesh did an initial comprehensive evaluation, developed a curriculum specifically for her and then gives us regular feedback. Though she math skills are now strong we are continuing the program because the benefits are invaluable.
