It took me forever to talk my son into tutoring. He has now asked if he can stay in tutoring throughout his junior year in high school. He feels great that he can stay focused on math and get help when he stumbles. It has shown him a way forward so he doesn't give up so easily. I am so hopeful that this is a turning point for him. I think he is on the cusp of believing he might just like math after all.

Annapolis Mathnasium has great instructors and a great center director. The instructor : student ratio is good ranging from 2:1 to 4:1. We like the personalized learning plan and our child is able to stick with it.

Extremely pleased with the approach they have with students in the center. The instructors are kind, knowledgeable and passionate about math, and very patient in explaining new concepts to the students. The open communication is a plus as well.
The director Shane and the instructors are great with the kids. They are patient and joke with them, and the kids seem to really enjoy them and attending Mathnasium. Math skills are taught and reinforced.
I also appreciate the flexibility and understanding that the center provides when suddenly extra friends decide to attend rather last minute.

My son likes coming and talking with the instructors. He is a kid who likes to feel cool & he thinks the instructors are cool! I’m glad there are young men who can relate to teen boys .

The Director is always open for feedback. He shares progress with you regarding your son/daughter. They works with you to fit your child's needs and help their confidence excel.
The staff is great. It's just hard to keep the kids motivated given busy schedules.
