As we know each year gets more complicated in math and sometimes with each year math becomes more difficult to understand...even for us parents who werent taught the way the state teaches math nowadays. So far for the past 3 or 4 years sending my son to Mathnasium has been the difference between a C and an A in math on his report cards.
Math still presents its challenges away from Mathnasium but my son is much better equipped to handle it on his own when he is in the classroom.
He has way more confidence in himself to where he expects to make A's versus B's or C's.
The team at Mathnasium Longview was AWESOME with our high school math students. They were able to schedule us on short notice, and we saw an instant turn around in their grades.

My son in 2nd & 3rd grade (now in 4th) took his report card grade with the help of Mathnasium from a low 70 to a mid 90 within one grading period of 9 weeks. So now he knows what he has to do to excel in the classroom. We continue to stay in Mathnasium for that extra daily/weekly edge to make sure that we don't slide back back down with the Texas STAAR upon us for end of year testing.
Mathnasium has given our daughter more confidence and a comfort level with math that she didn't possess before attending.

As a parent, I trust Rene Pullen and her staff with helping my children learn what they need to know to get ahead in life. If you are not using her, then your children could be falling behind. Once you are behind, it is very hard to catch up. Rene builds knowledge, confidence and reliability and that is not something that is easy to achieve these days. My children and my money go here.
My son, who use to dread math, always looks forward to his time at Mathnasium. Not once has he ever asked if he could skip a session. From his school work I can tell that his math skills have greatly improved. More importantly, he has taken an interest in math and now enjoys it!

Best of the best math instructors there; the kids are all valedictorians, 1500+ on SATs, or Ivy leaguers. Great role models for the kids taking lessons. Mrs. Renee does an amazing job of being proactive and individualizing each learners’ lesson plans and schedules. My kid scored 100% on the STAAR exam this year. I have used Mathnasium for both my kids.
