I love that my son gets one-on-one help with math concepts he struggles with.
However, it is very frustrating to receive the same survey so often. I would prefer to not receive this survey and just be able to talk directly to the personnel at the center to which my son attends. I have always been able to talk to them to discuss any concerns and my son's progress any time, so this repeated survey makes me want to just delete the emails, as they are bothersome.

My daughter had a great experience there. Each sessions throughout the month made her more confident in her math homework each week. It was a plus for us parents that we didn’t have to worry to try to understand the problems or try to solve it with them when we didn’t know either.
