My daughter was struggling in Algebra Honors (when I say struggling she had a low B). She is a perfectionist and just felt like she could not pull her grade up no matter how much she tried. Trying to assist her with homework was very challenging and left both of us upset and feeling defeated. After her first session with Mathnasium her confidence rocketed up and she was asking and excited to go back to tutoring. She looked forward to it each week. After only 2 weeks her quiz grades went from low Bs to high As. After 2 months she scored an almost perfect score on the Math EOC (like the STARR) and finished the year with an 89.7. We round up and say it's an A :) I highly recommend Mathnasium to all families who have hit the wall with being able to help their child(ren) with math. Kids are used to parents always telling them what to do or what not to do. My child was not interested or had the patience to listen to me, plus it's been a while since I have done this level math. But, she was all ears and had a great time and rapport with the tutors, and was very eager and open to learning.
Our daughter hated math before she started going to Mathnasium and her test scores showed it. Once she started Mathnasium and had a female math teacher at school that she liked, the combination resulted in her enjoying learning math, gaining a ton of confidence, and performing extremely well in school and on tests. It was a total turnaround. We'll keep her at Mathnasium so that the momentum continues.

I think it is a great program. It doesn’t work if you have an athletic kid who is busy with two sports and multiple games and practices a week. I enjoyed the virtual sessions but was frustrated when I could not find classes for the times we had. Felt like I had to book weeks in advance to have a chance but I would never know her schedule. She did better in math though because your program works.
Before our daughter attended Mathnasium, she did everything possible to avoid math and quickly fell behind. Her understanding of math concepts was truly hit or miss and her test performance was dismal. Since going to Mathnasium, she is now one of the top scoring students in her math class. In fact, her performance improved so dramatically that when the State of Texas passed a bill to have students who failed to perform at grade level on the STAAR test attend 30 hours of remedial tutoring, our daughter's math teacher recommended she not attend the additional tutoring because she was already attending Mathnasium and was excelling in her math class at school. Mathnasium significantly improved her understanding of math concepts, her performance on math tests, and her motivation to learn. It surpassed our expectations. We originally signed her up for 12 months, but I don't see any reason to actually end her attendance at that point. If anything, she'll keep attending for the next several years so that she truly masters the concepts and is comfortable with how to apply them.
The Flower Mound center is top notch. The team led by Brandon is very professional, thorough in their approach and help both my kids tremendously. Both my kids have made such tremendous progress, I give 100% creidt to their math skills to flower mound center.

My child's STARR test score improved 135 points. After nine consecutive months with your organization, he from a "approaching grade level" to a very close "Masters grade level". He also enjoys going to class and is even willing to go (without argument) in the summer months.
Our son was really struggling with his confidence in math. The tutors did amazing with them. Aaron was great at following up with us and the entire team helped our sons confidence bloom. We saw immediate progress in his grades and even his teacher offered great feedback on his improvement. It was worth the investment for us.
