Mathnasium has helped my son get caught up. He was several grades behind & he was able to "relearn" math the Mathnasium way and move up several grades in a relatively short amount of time.
We are about 4 months in, so far so good, and she enjoys the time at Mathnasium.
I love that there is one-on-one help for the students and that they can progress as quickly as they want.
In as much as my son's dislike of math, the friendly tutors help him so that he doesn't refuse to go.
Perry is awesome and hires the best helpers. My kid's math grades stayed at a solid A all year long.

Great place. My girls like going. I wish Mathnasium would be a little more involved with knowing the material the schools are working on. And help them with more school work. I understand the packets will make them better in math. Mathnasium just needs to make sure that they are helping with their grades at school right now. Love it! My girls get smarter everyday they are there.
I am happy that Kam is learning more and seems to be more solid with the concepts he is learning. However, I would really like it if mathnasium provided monthly reports (feedback) on how our child is doing.
The only negative I have is lack of communication, which I would prefer email updates on how my kid has done, how he/she is testing, what issues have come up. I don't want to have to come in and get those updates.
My son is doing so much better in math now after going through the Mathnasium program.

Mathnasium gave my daughter the confidence and the skills to face Math head on! She used to wake up with nightmares and anxiety about Math! NO MORE! She is not scared of the Math Monster! She had changed schools where they were a year ahead in Math and so she had gaps...Mathnasium helped her fill those gaps and the other day she told me they were just now learning things she had already learned at Mathnasium so she was tutoring others! That is a fantastic turnaround!

My two youngest kids started Mathnasium about a month ago. When I went in for my daughter's parent/teacher conference a couple of weeks back, her teacher said that my daughter had been doing really well in math. She was even showing the other kids in her class (2nd grade) how to do math problems. It's been a huge confidence boost for her!! And both of my kids love coming. Who knew?

Our youngest daughter has attended mathnasium for the last 2 summers. She excels in math in school. I love that she gets ahead each summer instead of falling behind. Mathnasium is like piano or violin lessons in our family. It's something we will pay for until the girls graduate highschool.
