My kid loves Mathnasium! Mr. Walter is fantastic! And my kid loves his teachers! After his sessions, I’ll ask him how it went. He always says it was “fun.” And when I ask why it was fun, he answers, “I like to do math.” His school teacher has even commented that he is more confident with his math facts. I believe we are on a strong path with Mathnasium that will allow him to be successful in high school which will lead to success in college. And success in college will lead to a world of opportunities for him.
My son had no confidence in math and barely passed the STAAR test in 4th grade. He struggled with maintaining a low 'B' average in his regular math class. After only a few weeks at Mathnasium during 5th grade, his grades improved so much, he will get to take a K-level math class next year. He went from barely passing STAAR to being just a couple of questions away from Mastery on his 5th grade STAAR test, and his confidence level went through the roof. He enjoys math now because he understands it better, and he is excited to go to tutoring each week.
I really love that staff at Mathnasium. if you ask nicely they will be accommodating to your needs.
This has been my son's best year in math in a very long time, and it is because of Mathnasium. They have done a great job filling his gaps and making sure that he understands what he is currently learning. I highly recommend Mathnasium to everyone.
Excellent! We have been going to Mathnasium for 3 years now, and they have ALWAYS helped my children understand the material, and in turn, make good grades on tests. They have been responsive to any request for help and overall fantastic. We are very thankful for their consistent, knowledgeable instructors who go above and beyond to help our girls achieve their goals. Highly recommend...they've helped my kids through, pre-algebra, algebra, geometry and even with chemistry! Thank you!!

I am happy to see my daughter enjoy Mathnasium when math was mostly a sore subject. Her grades have improved and I have noticed a boost in her confidence. My daughter loves Math and wanted to get ahead over the summer. She was discouraged because she thought she wasn't learning Algebra once she started at Mathnasium which is what she wanted but Desire reassured us she was learning it and pointed out the items they were working on. Desire' was wonderful at this location. She is a very pleasant and patient person. I stopped scheduling ahead of time and would call or text last minute and she was always understanding and flexible.
Mathnasium and in particular, Desiree, has been such a blessing to our kids! I am so thankful for the excellent tutoring in Algebra II and the encouragement and support we receive from your staff. This is our 3rd year of working with Mathnasium from Algebra 1, geometry and now Algebra II and my kids continue to ask to go for the excellent explanations and assistance.

Very flexible with scheduling, very patient with same day schedule changes. Love the updates on progress and the easy communication via text message. Good tutoring and teachers are great!

My son started with Mathnasium in Nov 2017 as a 6th grader. He wasn’t behind in math but we wanted him to get further and be challenged. Desiree and the staff did an amazing job with him. Desiree suggested that he takes a placement test with the school district to place out of 7th and 8th grade math and she did more than prepare him for it. He met the required score of an 80 (he got 82) and he will be doing Algebra 1 as an incoming 7th grader in the Fall 2018. Desiree is now working with my son to qualify for Duke Tip on the math part of the SAT. Desiree and the staff go above and beyond to help my son meet/exceed all the goals we want for him.
