As I’ve mentioned before, my daughter was two grade levels behind in Math when she was evaluated at Mathnasium. (We knew she was behind from CAASP test scores) Today, (four? five? years later, I think) she is at grade level and rarely struggles with the material and gets As. She is also an athlete, playing two sports nearly year round, so being able to be tutored over Zoom is great and her tutor is always flexible.

Charles has had a great experience at Mathnasium, El Segundo. Although his progress is slow, his confidence and self-esteem is much better. He feels comfortable and heard. Austin and the other staff members are patient and understanding. It is truly a judgement free zone. Thank You Ellinore King Grandmother

They help both my daughters improve their math skills. They keep them motivated as well. The director, Austin is extremely helpful and accommodating to our constantly changing schedules. We highly recommend the El Segundo location.

My grandson attended a Summer program at the Mathnasium in El Segundo. He was so impressed with the instructors and their unique way of explaining math, that he begged me to let him continue when school started. I signed him up and he is doing great. He has more confidence in himself and he is learning the step-step process. I am very happy he is making progress and I recommend them to anyone with a child struggling in math. Two thumbs up for me. We are glad to bring our son to Mathnasium. They helped him improve his core concepts just within month. Our son loves going to his sessions and comes home excitedly sharing what he learned. Our location is also flexible with scheduling as long as the student-instructor ratio permits. We are thankful for Mathnasium for their positive impact on our son.

They are very responsive, helpful, always work with our schedules and listen to our concerns. They always make adjustments if the students have upcoming tests/adjustments. The instructors make learning math fun and my 5th grader was able to close the gap, she is now caught up and at her grade level.

We have nothing but great things to say. Having access to this center has built my son’s confidence to be a year ahead in school at an advanced school. My son at 7 is able to compete in math with 8 to 10 year old students.

They are very accommodating to us with our busy and always changing schedules. All instructors are very patient with the kids in a very non-pressured and non-judgmental environment. I hope to see more and more improvements in my kids math skills.
