My grandson has attended for several years during summer and this year during the school year. Mathnasium has given him much confidence in has ability in math.
Easy to get started. The online tutor didn't just teach AT him, but moved at my sons pace. He did encourage growth by approaching problem rules from more than 1 angle, like the school does, which just had the proverbial bulb come on.
No parent wants to have to get their child a tutor. However once we accepted that he needed more help than the teacher or internet could provide we took the tutor step.
I spent 3 weeks parusing 8 services, 3 local tutors, as well as trying to get the school involved more as my son hit a wall with AP Calc. After a extensive and...over necessary amount of digging, I opted for Mathmasium. He's gone from an F to a C+( you can only badger them for so much makeup work) and if they end up doing finals in Walker Co, I think he could pull it to a B. I will use mathmasiim again if he ventures into Calc2 in the spring .
Great experience and highly recommend for children who need a boost in the math department.

I currently have two kids doing Mathnasium. I have heard great things from friends for years about this program. Among the many positives, most appealing to us was that it increased their children’s Math preparedness for middle school. Since COVID, we jumped on the Mathnasium bandwagon and our only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner. Our kids have a very positive attitude about their math lessons, and their confidence in math has grown exponentially! Thank you!

Our rising fifth grade son is one who enjoys the 'social' aspect of school. In the past, math has not been one of his strong points so we thought we'd try out Mathnasium to help him get caught up and to keep his math skills fresh over the summer months as well. Our son walked into his first session with dread and he walked out saying, "It was not that bad. Actually, it was much better than I thought it'd be. Well....I really had fun!"
My kids are really enjoying the At Home lessons. I believe they are learning more & building their confidence at the same time. I’m especially grateful for the super nice tutors. In addition, I never have to worry about trying to coerce my kids to login. They are always ready for their sessions. Thanks!
Love that the teacher is tailoring the lessons to my sons interests, it is actually getting him engaged in math!
Mathnasium was a blessing to have come across and gotten our child in. The staff and tutors are top notch and were very informative and helpful. My child had tried other tutors in the area and they just couldn't keep her focus or help her where it needed to be helped. Mathnasium came to the rescue! The Mathnasium team is adept at providing continued learning during this time of rapid change and uncertainty. My daughter is getting more weekly math practice and instruction with Mathnasium than she does with her own school's distance learning. My son Stephen cannot wait to attend Mathnasium at Home. He looks forward to His time with his tutors. He feels so proud when he completes his work. He is so pleased that he would some day like to work as a tutor for Mathnasium.
So far it's been great! I think I've learned a lot more and a LOT quicker than I would at school so now it seems like the math classes at school are going too slow. It's nice to go at your own pace and still learn a lot! I would definitely recommend this place if someone needed help.

The people at my Mathnasium in Chattanooga are so patient with my emotional boys. They have moved up to the next grade level after 8 months. I think its a great investment.
