Upon viewing Brayden"s report card for the year. I was deeply disappointed that his math grade did not improve & that he really doesn't like going to Mathnation. I had hoped for a better experience for him. I don't want him to hate school. I want to encourage him any way I can. Name removed
You guys are great!
I'm happy to send my Granddaughter to Mathnasium as she enjoys being there. We don't have to push her everyday to go. She willingly goes on her own.
My daughter had a really good experience with Mathnasium. She plans to come back in the Summer.
My son is doing better in math now since starting this program! And the best part is that he is actually understanding it now!

We couldn't be happier with this program! Carlo and the staff are so wonderful and helpful, it shows that they really care about every kid. So glad we found them!
I have asked for better communication about my grandson Brayden Danmeier, but have not been getting any feedback. I got a card in the mail about summer sign up. I thought Brayden kept going til I stopped paying. I don't have normal hours. I rely on my email and text & US mail to keep me informed. The phone is not very effective with my job and my hours.

We take full responsibility for falling short on our commitment to you. We are looking into our process to see where we need to make changes so that we can ensure better communication and clarity.
We are also preparing an update to get you up to speed.
The postcard has caused some confusion and we certainly did not intend for that. From time to time we launch marketing campaigns to reach out to households that we feel would benefit. Receiving that postcard was in no way related to your enrollment. It is and will remain active. In fact, we have discovered that Brayden's visits are only 1-2 times a week but want to encourage him to attend as much as he can. That will drive far more progress in a shorter time frame.
Sorry about the confusion, nothing has changed for him as far as attendance and support.

They have worked amazingly with my 13 year old daughter who has struggled with math ever since 5th grade. She is now making an A and has some better understanding of how things work in math. We don't argue about her math homework anymore and she feels more confident.
We are new to Mathnasium, but our experience so far has been excellent! Christian has raised his grade in math from a D To a B. Thank you so much for helping him achieve his goals

My son has only just started going to Mathnasium, but they have already helped him to change his failing grade. We are both very happy with their services.
I'm not sure I can give a legitimate suggestion. My child is not particularly motivated, and after almost a year, I'd like to think she's farther along than she is.

Everyone is very supportive of my son! When he accomplishes an achievement in Math, they are just as excited as we are. It is so great to have a wonderful support system.
We love Mathnasium!! Although my child didn't really have a lot of difficulties, this has made her feel much more secure and we have no arguments at home over homework anymore. Carlo is an amazing guy and has been very helpful, all of the staff is on it and my child is having fun there!
My son is a junior in high school and has been going to the Sparks Mathnasium since early December. He doesn't have good study habits, and I was very concerned that he was going to fail his math final. He got a B on the final after working with those wonderful tutors for only 2 weeks. I can't wait to see how much more he improves this semester. They are positive, patient, supportive, but, perhaps most importantly, they are not your child's parents.
Our daughter's confidence has risen. She still struggles but once that confidence continues to grow and the gaps are closed, she will be very successful in math. She doesn't grumble about math anymore and now looks at it as a challenge.
We have had a wonderful experience with the staff! They are so knowledgeable, helpful and very kind to my girls.
My only regret is that we didn't start sooner
My son was really struggling in math and his confidence was low. After attending Mathnasium for a short time, he started understanding what he was learning in class as well as filling in the gaps in what he previously missed. The instructors have a way of explaining things the way his brain thinks and it's been a life changer.
Our son improved in all academic areas when he was being tutored in math at Mathnasium East Sparks. He was made to feel welcome and supported; a challenge that we seem to face far too often when teachers/instructors are "helping" teenagers.

Mathnasium has provided my 9th grade son with valuable math skills. They have assisted him with algebra homework assignments and also have strengthened his overall math understanding. This professional learning environment has many gifted tutors who help students at various levels of math.
The experience is wonderful for Mia. My only question is whether I will see results in her math capacity. This will be answered with tie and some more data!
Great instructors and overall experience
Have later hours available for high school students only. With various school activities (football, volleyball, ROTC, band, etc...) it is hard to get active students to Mathnasium during current hours of operation. Maybe have 1 or 2 days a week where the hours are extended for older Mathnasium customers only.
