Mathnasium has been perfect fit for my kids. After trying few other learning centers, this has worked very well for us. Some of the things that I love about Mathnasium, is customized curriculum, flexible schedule and convenient location. The owners are great and always accomodate special requests for teaching any particular topic.

The staff is very accommodating and take effort to understand the kids situation and offer a tailor made learning plan. We just completed one mont and so far it was a good experience
I have recommended Mathnasium of Fairfax and had two new people sign up. Our son enjoyed attending and thought it helped him solidify concepts glossed over in class. I have not received his final report however after talking with the manager David in person. He said he'd send over a report of where he felt my son was academically for his new school. If we were not moving we would still be at this Mathnasium.
Overall the tutors were professional and academically knowledgable on all math concepts. I felt the center was run well, safe, and all staff working the front desk knew who I was and my child. They keep a close watch on the students and their progress. I was impressed that with how many students attend that the director knew who my child was, where he was academically, and what course of action they were following without looking at any progress sheets. Impressive.
Great teachers!
We see improvements on our kid. The instructors spent one-on-one time with each kids and work through their levels. Our kid’s grades has been improved and we are very satisfied and happy with Mathnisium.
All of the instructors and staff are really nice and are concerned about the students. It would be nice to have a more detailed insight into what the kids are working on and how they're progressing. The monthly emails aren't too insightful.
My son enjoys going very much and has become so confident in his math skills! The instruction is top notch, but more importantly my son is in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.
The team is really genuine in wanting your kids to enjoy and learn math. So far the experience has been great.
They improved my daughter math skills, letting her pass the math SOL. It showed a lot of improvement over the year, even her teacher commented about it. He encourages for other kids parents to start enlisting their children into mathnesium for a brighter future.

I find the closed on Friday part very inconvenient. The Vienna franchise is open on that day. That and some rather restrictive hours on the other weekend days, makes it hard at times to use all my slots and juggle 3 children.
Son is enjoying his time learning there. I see an increase in his confidence with math.

My daughter had major gaps from Covid online learning. Math has never been her thing either so it was a double whammy. We took an assessment with Neha at Mathnasium. She reviewed the results honestly and came up with a learning plan to fill in the gaps (there were lots). Being so far behind made going into 7th grade particularly concerning.
Wow! In three months she got all the benchmarks she missed and is now back on grade level. The best part is that she likes math now! She never complains about going to Mathnasium because she knows how much it helps her! She is now CONFIDENT in math. It has been MILES better than the private tutor we used who basically just tried to help her with homework instead. Mathnasium is not just homework help. The learning plan was personalized for her needs to help her with fluency and to catch up. Amazing! BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT. Period.
Oh, and my other daughter is now attending to prepare for the IOWA test for advanced math. Mathnasium does it all!
My daughter was very behind in math after tele-schooling during COVID. She had become increasingly frustrated and found the large group math in public school to be very challenging. She'd just about decided she was bad at math when I started her in Mathnasium last summer. It's now fall, and she's already improved to a B in math at school. She's gone from dreading math to believing she can do it, which is fantastic.
