Therese attended Mathnasium in November and her math scores improved from D to A+ in the most recent quarter. This was a superb intervention and I'll be sending her back next week (probably along with her twin brother).

My daughter would resist any help in math and at the beginning would have to have a battle of wills to get her to walk in. My high school student (freshman) started going to Mathensium last summer.Even though he was a good in Math , but he lacked Practice and organized set of curriculum that will improve and measures his competency in different areas of Mathematics. We now see a improvement in his understanding of Math concepts and also his desire to continue there.
When working to help your child, Lesa is everything you could ever want in a partner. She is kind, a great communicator, flexible, diligent, accommodating, and just all around wonderful! When our daughter started at Mathnasium, math weighed heavily on her. Now we are thrilled to see that math is just math! It's even something she occasionally enjoys and looks forward to! :) Lesa worked closely with us the first few months to not only fill in the gaps, but keep her caught up with what she was doing in school, which often meant switching subjects around in her binder. Over the summer, she worked with us to cover the curriculum her school didn't have time to cover, to get her well positioned for the upcoming school year. We could not be happier! Lesa is great about putting our daughter with teachers she connects with. She also makes it a fun place to be -- the prizes the kids earn are things they actually like and work hard to get. I've seen it said before but it's worth repeating - I wish we would have signed her up sooner!

Both our daughters were being pushed ahead in the Douglas county school system which created confusion without understanding the fundamentals. Mathnasium program provided excellence in understanding math concepts and having confidence in the subject. They always look forward to the sessions and have fun learning math! Incredibly improved their skill-set and teaching others within weeks of starting the program.
We’ve tried to instill the love of math into our now 6th grader ever since her kindergarten year. Overtime, we settled for “You don’t have to love math, but just don’t approach it with fear or hate.” We’ve yelled and we’ve cried (not our finest moments) during homework time. We’ve purchased apps and we’ve paid for tutoring. Desperate to make her last year of elementary school a better year in math, we looked into Mathnasium this summer for some intensive work. She frowned and protested that we’ve ruined her summer. Less than two weeks of attending Mathnasium, she proclaimed, “Mathnasium makes math fun!!” She can’t wait to go there each afternoon. She then asked her after school camp teacher if she can start helping the younger kids with their math homework. We can’t thank Mathnasium enough for this attitude change that we tried so hard to find in her in the last six years!!
Our daughter's experience at Mathnasium in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, was beyond our expectations. Anxiety was turned into confidence this summer. No longer does she feel negatively about math. Now, when asked how she feels about math, our daughter smiles and says "it's pretty good" instead of "it's the worst thing ever." Thank you Leesa and all the staff at Mathnasium!
Love it. The owner is reasonable and personable. Scheduling is flexible. It feels like this Mathnasium is really trying to deliver what it promises without nickel and diming me.

Outstanding place! My child has improved so much and continues to do so. Very satisfied. I highly recommend this place for all your kids needs. It's so organized and everything is tested and measured and it's giving our child all the fundamentals and and beyond for continued success in math through years to come.
