My child advised that she thought tutors were young. She seemed comfortable. That may be a different approach at mathnasium for my 11 y/o. Unfortunately we could not continue program due to circumstances beyong our control. It would have been successful.

My kids love going. It's not a struggle to get them to go. In fact, I wanted to stop going because neither is struggling in school but they begged to go back. When things do get challenging in school, they have the support they need. We know many families who have benefited from their help. It's a big commitment, both in terms of money and time, but the value is definitely there and services are high quality. The owner is very fair and reasonable.

Peter is the kindest director. He is also very honest. My daughter who hated math loves going there. I think it gives her more confidence and she seems to be more willing to tackle word problems. This is evident when she takes her tests. Her severe anxiety about math has greatly decreased. We are continuing our journey with Mathnasium this upcoming fall as well.
