Dominic was very helpful in assessing my carpet and made sure to address all of my concerns. I wanted my couch cleaned, so he said they would clean one cushion first then let me decide if I wanted to go ahead. That gave me such peace of mind! My carpet (living room, hall, master) and couch look fantastic! Everyone was kind and helpful.

I couldn't believe the time, effort and dedication this employee had cleaning my carpet. I was impressed by his work. He was on his knees scrubbing really trying to get tough stains out.
