The app process was very smooth, especially since they just reopened i got in right away, staff were beyond nice and their establishment was very clean. they went above and beyond for public safety. my haircutt was the best i ever had. i did not get the ladies name but she had a yellow pony tail. she was very kind and beyond professional.

I always seem to get really good cuts and the service is consistently good. Today, the stylist, Tyler, did a great job and handles conversation easily and is friendly.

Tyler takes the time to make sure my haircut and experience is perfect, I never feel rushed. I like that they keep notes on file of your haircut preferences so you don't have to explain it each time no matter who you get for a stylist. The MVP treatment is fantastic and relaxing. This is my fourth time returning and I'm very impressed and will continue to return.
