My hair was cut by Codi who is great and did an awesome job!
However my son's hair was cut by Cindy and he is very upset. He tried to tell her how he wanted his hair, and she refused to listen to him, disagreed with him and then cut his hair they way she wanted to, not the way he wanted it. She has done this similarly to me as well in the past. My son is 14 yrs old. His haircuts are very important to him and will probably never get Cindy to cut his hair again or even come back to Sportclips. I have never had to complain about anyone like this before but I felt someone in management should know.
