Easy to book. On time. Great hair cut and a fair price. All the staff are very friendly and professional.

Staff is always friendly and very welcoming. They get to know their clients and really listen. I like that they keep notes on profiles about preferences - it's helpful when someone else brings my son for his haircut. The wait times are always reasonable and accurate. The studio is clean and inviting. Prices are reasonable. Overall, we are very pleased with the Sports Clips in Westmount and would recommend this location to everyone.

Amazing person, and I left feeling it was a great haircut, but it wasn't exactly what I wanted. Ultimately, that's on me, and I needed to speak up and ask them to shorten all the way to part, rather than taper. So, still a 9 overall IMO. I really enjoyed the experience.

It was a very easy check in process and a very short wait (Monday evening). Melissa was very engaging with my 2 year old son and she adapted to what he needed along the way. It was his 2nd time getting a haircut and I was worried how he would act but he did well thanks to Melissa'sqyick thinking. He even was able to sit on my lap to cut his hair.

Fast and staff are easy going. Listen well and make it relaxing.
