Always on time, careful with furnishings, etc. and do a great job.
Since the problem was automotive engine oil on a cement driveway I was hoping it could all be removed by one or more of your removal solvents. The emulsifier used removed the top-most level of oil and the oil that was beneath the top level was not removed. I was warned before that they would do their best but could not guarantee the results. The lines of oil on the driveway are still visible. I was hoping for better results, thinking that with all the new chemical cleaners it would turn out a lot better.
I have had oil spots on the driveway many times and have removed them using gasoline and a stiff bristle brush. Although it will be difficult, at my age, I will try the gas & brush method again when the temperature is warmer. If you have any new solvents or ideas that would help please contact me.
I was able to sneek a peek at the tech and I noticed he had a small spray container and I saw him spray on a spot at my daughter's place as well I knew of a spot at my house the week before and I noticed spot was gone. I would feel comfortable to just allow him in even if I was gone as I know he would do a great job.

Service Master has done major work for me twice this year. They restored and rebuilt my attached garage as part of an insurance claim that had been damaged by a fire. I was so pleased I then asked them to redo my two bathrooms. In both jobs they were on time and at or under budget. The attention to detail of the entire crew was exemplary. They treated my home like it was theirs, often in my absence. I will hire them again and highly recommend them.

The crew that came in was very professional. They gave me an estimate of when they would be done that was very accurate which allowed me to take care of other items. When they completed the job the place looked better than when it was first moved into.
The services are top-notch. The carpet is cleaned beautifully and they are careful to rinse the soap out completely - which allows the carpet to stay clean much longer. They arrive on time, move furniture where needed and complete the work efficiently. I always call Service Master for carpet cleaning.
How efficient Jon Fowler is - I will continue to recommend him and ServiceMaster of Elk Grove in the future.

Made the carpets look new again
For many years I have used Service Master to clean my carpets. I have an off white carpet, and two dogs. One doge is 170lb. MASRIFF! Needless to say my off white carpet can get pretty dirty and spotted.
When Service Master leaves my home, you would think that my off white carpet is brand new.
They are terrific and I would very highly recommend then.
