The technician was very professional and was pleasant to work with. He did a great job and the carpet he cleaned looked great when all was done. We have other rooms to clean and will get them done as we have the money to do them.

I requested Service Master to clean a carpet and floor in my rental house scattered with many pieces of shattered glass (sizable shards to tiny fragments) resulting from an oak limb crashing through a window with great force during the recent debilitating high-wind storm in Athens. I was very concerned that the area be cleaned well because my tenants have a five-year-old who plays in that area. (They were all out of town for the Fourth of July week when the storm hit.)
Service Master reps Danny and Justin were wonderful. They understood my concern and made every effort to address this difficult situation as thoroughly as possible. They arrived ready to get to work and focussed closely on the task, searching out glass bits in areas I had not considered. They were both thoroughly professional and pleasant to work with. I cannot recommend Service Master--and Danny and Justin--too highly.
