I'm a lady with very short hair. It's hard to find a stylist that can make me look feminine. I've been to several salons and I'm never satisfied. Until I went to Sports Clips. Katy is an excellent stylist! She listened and gave me the hair cut I've been wanting! Not only that, but I must say, the MVP treatment is far and beyond what I expected. I left feeling pampered. Ok, so here's the deal. I've had my haircut by more than a few Spots Clip store. The common thread is a consistent hair cut. What isn't consistent is the Sport Clip staff. 4 or 6 weeks between cuts and a whole new staff of cutters. Some better that others. Some not so much.
The Lake Elsinore store, while it has the usual staff tunover, have retained a core of really knowledgeable people that I believe like what they do and care about the people that are attached to the head of hair they're cutting. A couple of years ago I decided to grow my hair out. As it grew out, I needed help with products. Lake Elsinore Sports Clips has a full line Paul Mitchell products. Ask them they know!
I went back last week to have my shoulder length hair cut off. The cut went better than I imagined. My wife was delighted. Bonus!
Ok, so as long as Lake Elsinore continues to retain great cutters with the product knowledge, I'll be a loyal customer.
