I like that I was helped with the regeneration and since it was for my 13 year old son. The women helped to add his number in the system so he could walk in on his own and get a hair cut.
I’m filling this out just after getting the MVP service from this location from Emily B. I have been to this facility many times but for some reason, during my haircut I felt a wave of anxiety, out of nowhere. It was a full blown panic attack.
I did stop her at one point very briefly to let her know and I did the best I could to not show my discomfort but I know I made it obvious I wasn’t feeling well.
Emily was a true professional throughout, not drawing attention to it, and taking my constant need to apologize for it, in stride. I really am terribly embarrassed that happened, but she was awesome throughout. Of course the actual haircut was exactly what I wanted as well!

The overall type of hair cut with friendly knowledgeable staff, the old time feel of a barbershop with hot towels and just that extra care. The free neck shave. Arriving and seeing the same employees there. Having a database about me so anyone can give me what I need. No hard sales of products. Able to check in online. Very little wait time. Also it is Veteran owned.

Krissy was very friend and open when it came to chatting. My hair was cut how I like it and she made sure to check with me along the way that what she did was ok with me. It was a very relaxed feel and a good experience and I have a great haircut!

I think that the haircuts don't have to come with styling and all that junk. I don't put anything in my hair at home due to allergies, I hate being forced to deal with leave in conditioners and styling gels at ladies salons, i am a girl but i do less to my hair than any guy and i hate hair on my neck. Sports Clips and similar shops are the only places that have not pressured me into styling hair. I also appreciate how Sports Clips understands that it makes more sense to wash a person's hair after you cut it to remove the excess hair trimmings.
