The application: ability to see the wait time, put name on the list, and check-in. The friendly service along with the notes regarding my haircut so I don't have to explain it every time. Wiliness to change to TV to a sport/game requested by patrons. MVP service when requested.

I arrived when the app said to and I had no wait time - immediately headed to get my haircut.
I like the consistency of the in store experience! The MVP treatment is a very nice add on for a hair cut. I definitely like my original home store Lake Elsinore versus the location in Menifee.
The Menifee location has not offered my normal discounts or the MVP treatment.
Dakota is always an incredible stylist and takes her time to make sure I get a great haircut while also having great conversations
