The actual service was excellent. Victor is a very nice young man and a hard worker. However, my service call was to be at 1:00 and he did not arrive until 6:30. My entire day was lost because I was afraid to leave in case he came. I didn't realize you would service that late in the evening. Victor didn't leave until 9 p.m. It is not a huge deal. The main reason I would still recommend you is because Victor was delightful and the lady at the reception desk was very sweet too. The next time, I will set my appointment for first call.
